GeneX Labs uses computers and public data for biological research. It does not run a laboratory. Its research is at an early stage.
Mission
We aim to support biological research with computer methods and public data.
We do no laboratory experiments and offer no medical or clinical advice.
Planned research
Areas we plan to research include:
- Checking and linking biological sample data
- Statistical methods for biological data
- Analysis of public biological data that others can repeat
Consulting
- Advice on computer methods for reading and analysing biological data.
- Enquiries can cover research questions, data requirements and ways to check an analysis.
- This is research advice. We offer no medical or clinical advice.
- We would agree the scope, sources, checks and limits in writing before work begins.

Amir Daneshpajouh is the founder and chief executive officer. He is a PhD candidate in Computing Science at Simon Fraser University (SFU).
